Windows 10: help problem with google protable nsis fail to launch

nsis only appears when I move the program to a folder but when its just on the desktop it works fine no problems but when I put it in a folder it says nsis I tried every solution but everything didn't work at all I don't know what to do for some reason this only happens on windows 11 my friend has windows 10 and it works fine for him
