Help reading Intel RAID0 disks on Windows

My old PC took a crap so I got a new one and saved the 2 large hard drives in it, its a desktop and it now has the 2 SATA HDD that are 3TB each. They were an Intel RAID 0 array and a friend told me that I can just mount them like regular disks and read the data just fine, I can't find much information on doing this so I'm asking here.

I can see the 2 disks in Disc Management as foreign disks. Can I just import one of them and view it or will I have to rebuild the array and do something else.

My end goal is to just read the data so I can use it, its my big drive for all the familiy photos. My new plan is to just use backblaze for backup and just have 2-3TB drives for whatever...

    Thanks for any help.

  3. Raid0

How do I remove raid0 from my Acer laptop? My 2TB drive is not showing and I am running out of disk space.

    Raid0 restore help

So I just got a new laptop, it has a 1TB HDD and a 128GB SSD.

I was playing around with optimisation options in the built in software, including Intel Rapid Storage Technology.

I'd blindly pressed a button that said 'optimise', and i'd ended up converting my HDD and SSD to a raid0 configuration. I know nothing of raid configurations. I didn't want to shut off the computer during the disk migration because i feel like that could cause
    major problems.

I now want to use system restore, to a point before I made the mistake, or to reset to factory settings and reinstall windows using the in-built Windows 10 Reset My Pc > Remove Everything option.

I just don't know what's safe and what's not. Should I be okay to system restore? Will this bring me back to a non-raid configuration? Will everything break?

    Thanks.
