    Help reading these minidump files?


    Been having issues for a while now, did a full windows reinstall twice. Both times, they ran fine for a while and then starting getting bluescreens doing even the most mundane of things sometimes, like just sitting in desktop. I heard minidumps can be used to give a clue as to what's going on, but I'm going to be honest I have no idea how to read them. There will be a link to the zip file containing them below.     please post the dump file here which should be located at c:\windows\minidump

    Read Minidump File

    Hi NavSM,

    I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.

    The minidump file didn't name any driver. It only indicated a system kernel driver "ntkrnlmp.exe". Since it's a system file it means something else drove it into a fault. It could be hardware, software, or a driver.

    Do you have other minidump files that I can analyze too?

    If you have, please share them again.
