Windows 10: Help Rebooting Laptop LG GRAM

Last night I was trying to swap the administrator’s email from its original one I set the computer up with to another email. In the account area I added the second email & made it the default…however, now when I go to boot the laptop up and enter my pin it says, “Your credentials could not be verified.”Upon hitting the OK button under the original email that is no longer the default it says, “Something went wrong and your PIN isn’t available status: 0xc000006d, substatus: 0x0. Click to set up your PIN again.”When I attempt to set up a new PIN as suggested, it sends a code to my email, I

Battery not charging on LG Gram

I have a 9 month old LG Gram 16T90P-K laptop . It has worked great the whole time. Now suddenly, it won't charge. I've tried new cords, different outlets, made sure I was using the right USB socket, etc. Tried rebooting. Tried the suggestion on this forum to do the Control Panel Troubleshooter. The windows icon says plugged in 0% available. So it is not charging. I don't think it is the battery, must be a windows thing. Please help!

 

Brand new LG 14 GRAM laptop keeps having to reboot

HI,

I have a new LG Gram laptop that I upgraded to Windows 11 PRO - Version 10.0.22621 Build 22621.

It continues to have an intermittent issue and reboots itself. Checking Windows Reliability Monitor, reliability is sitting between 1 and 3 currently.

it is producing minidumps and perhaps there's some issue with hardware or bios or?? How do I provide the minidumps to get a better understanding of what's wrong with this laptop? It does list a Hardware error - see screenshot below.
