    Help Recovering Compromised Microsoft Account and Access to Device


    Hi,My son's Microsoft account has been compromised. The hacker changed the password and added an unfamiliar recovery email. As a result, we can no longer log into the account, and when attempting to reset the password, it displays an email address we don't recognize. I have tried using the ACSR form several times, but the requests keep getting denied.The compromised account is linked to a Windows device with screen time limits enabled. Since we can't sign in, my son is unable to request additional screen time, effectively making the device unusable he can still signin using fingerprint and pi
