Windows 10: Help, reinstalling Windows 11 on Dell dual drive desktop with multiple partitions

Hi, I've been having problems with my Dell dual drive desktop. I've already done a reset and the freezing still continues and now more frequently. I'm now at the point where I'm going to try to do a clean install. I've already created the USB bootable file, it's in PC and I've booted up to Window's Set-up. I'm trying to follow the instructions until I got to this screen, see images, regarding Partitions and now I'm completely lost. I don't have a clue where or how to install Windows 11???? There are a lot of Partitions of which I have no idea what that is.Please can anybody help me

Hi, I believe windows OS is currently installed on the TB SSD drive. I'm attempting do a clean re-install of Windows 11 as the reset didn't help. All of my personal files, most apps are on the 2nd / other HDD.

Yes I plan on keeping both drives. This computer is maybe only 3 years old and it's my 1st dual drive. I'm trying to reinstall OS in attempt to fix an issue.

The "Drive 0 Partition 2 DATA/Primary", that is high lighted in blue in the picture was automatically defaulted to when I got to this step. Is there meaning behind it being highlighted? Is it where I should install new install or perhaps it's where the USB bootable stick is???

I'm still confused as to what to delete and where to reinstall Win 11?

Does deleting partitions delete files and stuff like that.

I'm confused by something you said above, and in general for that matter, but :

You say "...Drive 0 is the TB.

And then

You say "...Your Windows is in Drive 1, it looks to be around 400 - 500GB with all of the partitions on that drive. I believe that is your SSD

Your info in contradictory, unless I'm reading it wrong. you say the TB drive is both Drive "0" AND "1", cant be both, right?

The currently Windows 11 operating system is installed on my SSD
