    Help removing a malicious VBScript from my Windows 10


    Good morning. The other day, by coincidence, I had an appt. with my doctor. They were going to email me my receipt for my payment. Later that day I saw an email saying receipt for your purchase and in the body it said via credit card. When I went to open it I believe if I remember correctly I saw VB Script, possibly. I thought it was the receipt as I didn't know better and opened it. Nothing happened and then I didn't think twice about it.I have my display set to sleep after 5 minutes. Ever since I did open that file it doesn't. I looked into it and it seems like there might be a malic
