    I have an HP envy windows 11 that I am using and I’ve been having issues with programs and things disappearing. It was confirmed by geek squad that someone was accessing my computer using WLAN. I’m very new to computers so please let me know if you need more explanation anywhere. I have used CMD to block all remote connections. I have also use it to identify all users on the computers and nothing came up recently I got into the system info and found a user code PIZZAFACE but it does not show up when using any commands on CMD or powershell. I’m going to put some pictures up and maybe you can he

    Thanks for your patience. I was able with "Net User" to remove the left over user. It no longer appears when I invoke Net User.

    Now for the user's folder which remains behind. After performing the series of steps that you suggested, I attempted to delete this folder. The result again was an error message about permission
