    HELP REOWN MY SYSTEM PLEASE


    I have had my this issue for years now and I can't even download a server manager I need serious help with this problem it's ruined my life and I don't know what else to do it m locked out of my own accounts as administrator I've purchased 8 laptops and 2 USB sticks from best buy in need help removing who ever has hacked my account my father was almost killed and I have no idea where he is now because of this problem. Please some oNe get back to me if I can email me that would be ok *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

    In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
    Are you able to follow them?
    In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
