    Help Resetting Windows 10


    My problem is that I cant set a restore point as Windows says some files are missing. So when I try and reset Windows it says it can't find the reset environment. What are my options?

    Ok, so i just resetting my windows 10 "remove everything and clean the disk", its still 10% and it took 4 hours, its this normal?

    If no, how i can fix this?

    Btw i have 1 SSD and 1 Hard disk

    Hi,

    Resetting a PC especially removing all its content might take a while. What is the capacity of your SSD and HDD? How was its progress so far? If it's still stuck, perform a clean installation instead. You may need a working computer to create the Media Creation
    Tool then you may force shutdown your device. For the complete guide on how to do a clean installation, follow the steps outlined by Andre Da Costa in this
