    Help resolve frequent Blue Screen of Death at Windows Sign On possibly a Windows Hello issue


    Nearly every time I try to log into my laptop a brand new HP Spectre, the laptop turns on and when I try to log in with facial recognition, a finger print scan, or with a PIN code, the laptop responds with the Blue Screen of Death and is forced to restart. This tends to happen two or three times in a row before it finally lets me log on. I replaced my original HP Spectre after HP replaced the motherboard twice and received a new one and it continues to happen, leading me to believe its a software issue. It has been happening for several months now, without any signs of stopping. Has anyone
