Windows 10: Help!!! Sad Face on the closing apps thing on taskbar

so my mother went on the computer and when i came back my pc was on light mode and with a sad face on the closing apps in the taskbar e run out a scan by my anti virus and windows defender help please

Lumia 1020 Sad Face

Hi All,

My lumia 1020 which I brought in 2013 Jan at the beginning of 2014 my phone does not working. Recently I starts showing sad face. I tried hard reset up, down, power and down button, it begins to hard reset but in the half walk it starts to show again sad
face. Kindly help me to resolve this ASAP. I need to replace this phone. Please suggest some way ASAP.

Update Process results in sad face

So the other day i wanted to update my phone, when it warned me that i didn't have enough storage to install the necessary files. So i made room, deleted pictures and apps and met the requirements my phone suggested. Everything seemed fine UNTIL
a wild sad face appeared on my screen.

It wouldn't go away no matter what i did. I tried a soft reset (volume down + power button) which restarted my phone, displaying the Nokia logo, then
cog wheels and again the sad face. Some suggested to press volume down + camera button + power button until the phone vibrates, let go of the latter button, while still holding the aforementioned two other buttons.

The only thing that changed was the fact that the sad face now also appeared on my face and i am afraid it won't go away either until my problem is resolved.

I honed my googling skill to such an extend to know two things related to this issue:

• community moderators will post the following text regardless of what users write, as long key words such as 'update', 'sad face', 'stuck are used:
  
  Turn off the phone, Once the phone is off, Hold the Volume down key then plug the charger (charger should be connected to the power source ",) Once you see the exclamation ( ! ), remove your finger from the button.
  
  
  
  Then press the following keys in, Volume Up, Volume Down, Power Key and Volume down. The phone will turn on automatically, this may take several minutes and it will show two gears that are spinning just wait for it to finish.
  
  so please don't bother telling me to do this, because i tried and it didn't work! Flashing my phone's memory seems to be the only option left, which is terrible, because sending my phone to its manufacturer is really the last thing i want to do, since spending
  two weeks or more without a phone is just unacceptable.
  
• something that is hardly ever mentioned is that this issue seems to be related to your phone not having enough storage capacity. In other words, many users wouldn't have this issue in the first place if they had the option to update their phone via pc or
  mac. in case of a failed update, they could also restore it to a previous working version.

So here is my actual question: would upgrading my phone's storage capacity by buying a micro sd card resolve the issue or just do nothing?

PS: I use a Nokia Luma 820 without a Micro SD-Card. It had about 400 MB of free storage prior the failed update, which according to my phone should have been enough.

 

Sad face appears

After the hard reset of my microsoft windows phone 640... After the two gear a sad face appears and the phone will shut down.. when i turned it on the same thing happen what can i do please help me???
