Windows 10: HELP screen jumping

I have windows 11 on my HP desktop and since my last update my screen has started jumping from being able to look at it, down to the taskbar and back up. It’s out of control!! I’m on my iPad right now since my screen jumps up and down so bad. I’ve taken a video, but can’t seem to post it here, and a screenshot won’t show my problem. I am getting very frustrated since it’s hard to try anything on my desktop with the screen disappearing. I have checked all my connections, my display drivers are all updated. I need HELP PLEASE!! That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

To address this concern, we suggest that you follow these steps on how to turn off the Jump Lists on Windows 10:

• Go to Start menu, search Settings, then press
  Enter.
• Click Personalization.
• Select Start.
• Turn off the Show recently opened items in Jump Lists on Start or taskbar.

Jump list still failing. help!


Ok, so I've added the suggested registry entries with no problem on several computers, but I have one that just refuses to cooperate. I've added/increased all 3 recommended entries, followed the cmd directions to reset AutomaticDestinations and CustomDestination, rebuilt the quick access list, and restarted multiple times to no effect. here's the reg:

Notice that it's still only showing 12 items, despite my changed registry and there being 14 items available to be shown. If anyone has any ideas, I would really be grateful. This is totally frustrating.
