Windows 10: Help! Screen windows 10 stuck in zoomed in mode

Hi I have a lenovo laptop with windows 10, I go to log in yesterday and everything is zoomed in to the point that i cant even really use it. I tried doing a restartdeleting all apps and files but thay didnt work. I tried uninstalling the intel graphics driver and when i restart the computer the log in screen is normal size again but as soon as i enter my password it zooms back in!.
the problem is that i cant see anything if i go into my display setting, i have to press tab and guess what i am pressing enter on. I managed to figure out to do the restart and the driver update or unistall. Cant see if there is a rollback button either.

please! In need of help here, spent hours trying to fix this

If the issue still persist, boot your computer in safe mode environment and check if the issue is resolved.

Method 2:

Step 1: Safe Mode with Networking

I suggest you to Start Windows in Safe Mode with Networking and check if it helps.

Safe Mode is a troubleshooting option for Windows that starts your computer in a limited state. Only the basic files and drivers necessary to run Windows are started.

Follow the instruction provided below.

• Press the ‘Windows + I’ key on the keyboard.
• Click on Update and Security.
• Click on Recovery option.
• Under Advanced Startup, click
  Restart now.
• Click on Troubleshoot,
  Advanced options, Startup Settings.
• Click Restart, select Safe Mode with Networking
  and then press Enter.

Note: Restart the computer to start in normal mode.



If the issue is doesn’t occur in Safe mode with networking then place the computer in a
Clean Boot and check.



Step 2: Clean boot

A Clean boot is troubleshooting option for Windows in which all the third party services are disabled and checked, if this services are causing the problem.

Stuck in safe mode in windows 10

Safe mode is intended to help fix most, if not all problems within an operating system, it's not good if we got stuck on it. To correct this, we suggest that you follow the steps below to exit out of Safe mode:

• Open Run command by pressing Windows key + R
  keys on the keyboard and type msconfig in the command box and press
  Enter.
• Under General tab, put a check on Normal Startup option.
• Reboot the system and check if the changes are effective.

Let us know if you are able to exit out of Safe mode with these steps.

 

TPU Capture Auto Zoom

Not sure where else to post this since it isn't listed in the TPU Software section. But when I hit print screen it instantly zooms in. If I try to take a fullscreen shot it only takes the zoomed in window. Any ideas here?
