Windows 10: Help- sculpt ergonomic wireless keyboard suddenly disconnects!

Hi!If anyone in the community can help me solve this sudden problem, I would be most grateful. Thank you in advance for your time to read my post and help. Quick summary:- I have the Sculpt Ergonomic keyboard- just over 1 year old. Worked perfectly until yesterday- when after a few minutes, the keyboard would suddenly become unresponsive. - Dongle does not appear to be the problem- mouse is fully responsive all the time. I installed new batteries into the keyboard- no luck- same experience. Green light shows and keyboard works for about a minute or two- and then will just stop working. Only wa

Keyboard of Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Wireless Desktop Keyboard and Mouse stopped working

* Original title: Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop Wireless Keyboard, Mouse and Number Pad Combo

The keyboard of Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop Wireless stopped but the numeric pad and mouse still works. I saw the issue was brought up in the web but did not work for him.

I'd appreciate any help on this problem.

I suggest you to get in touch with the Microsoft Hardware
Support to know about the replacement criteria. Meanwhile, you may also go through the
Warranty Limit Manual given under Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop.

Bluetooth Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard

Is anyone aware if Microsoft is considering releasing bluetooth version of the Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard (or Desktop)?

In my opinion, it would be a great step forward for this great product.
