    Help: Search fields and Clipboard do not work anymore!


    Since a few days alle search fields (start button/search and search in Microsoft Store) AND the clipboard (Windows+V) do not work anymore! Cannot type in the search fields and the clipboard appears and them immediately disappears! Seems like a problem since the last Windows update. Anyone else have these problems and is there a fix? Both problems seem to have occured before, but the solutions offered do not work with me. Please help!

    Shared clipboard not working anymore

    I did all these steps in this order but it still doesn't work.

    Both are in the same workgroup with the same Microsoft account.

    When I press win+v it shows me that the clipboard was synced but I dont receive it on the other laptop and vice versa.

    It always worked before.

    I've installed O&O ShutUp10 on the other laptop once.
    I removed it again but maybe this caused the problem?

    Explorer Search Field/Folder Search Field is not working/unavailable

    Hello,

    I am experiencing a weird issue, my Explorer search field/Folder search field seems not working:

    1. When I click on it nothing happens, no blinking cursor appears as it should, to input searching query, nothing.
    2. When I use combination Ctrl+F, I can input only 1 letter in Search field.

    It would be much appreciated if anyone could help me with my problem.

    Taskbar search button (near Cortana button) stopped to work for me as well - nothing happens when I press on it.

    That is weird, Start orb button stopped to work too... what is going on...

    Shared clipboard not working anymore

    Hello,

    I already used the shared clipboard feature successfully.

    After I didn't use it for a while it doesn't work anymore.

    I see the same windows live account, settings are enabled, same wifi.

    How can I make it work again?
