Windows 10: Help! Second hand laptop keeps reverting wallpaper by means of a deleted application

I recently got a laptop from a friend, Everytime I try to change the desktop or lock screen wallpaper, after a few minutes it reverts to a slideshow that my friend says was from an application that he deleted before giving the laptop to me, and can no longer remember the name of. Is there anyway I can fix this? Thank you.

Delete mails in Outlook but want to keep mails untouch in webmail

When I deleted an email in outlook and my webmail got deleted too. I want to keep all the inbox mails from the webmail even I complete deleted in outlook. I spend hrs can't think it out how. Any step by step instruction? I'm using IMAP account btw. Thanks and Merry Christmas.

 

Wallpaper setting reverts to Center when changing to new wallpaper

Hi!

I have a laptop and every time I change my wallpaper, it reverts back to "Center" Option in Personalize menu. My laptop's screen resolution is 3840*2160, but regardless of the dimension of the wallpaper, if I put a wallpaper of 10000*5625 (which is a 16*9
ratio indeed), it returns back to a small pic in the middle of the screen as I restart. This time if I change the setting to "Fill" or "Fit", It's OK till the next change of wallpaper.

What is the problem?

Reverting Wallpaper Windows 10

My wallpaper continues to revert back to another image I used to previously had. This is very annoying.

My account is NOT synced.

I have tried created a theme with my preferred wallpaper, doesn't work.

I've tried deleting the location of the previous image, it doesn't seem to disappear from the wallpaper option.

I have tried options in these forums and thus far nothing has worked.

Someone help please.
