Windows 10: help, Some keys dont work half of the time

For some reason, Some of my keys don't work half of the time, these are multiple keys that don't workthe following keys are the ones effectedA,Q,Z,~,And tab as I'm awareIf one of these isn't working at the moment, none of the following do, all of these mentioned keys are either working or not working.The laptop I have is some sort of dell laptop, IDK what kind, all I know is that is some gaming laptop and has "G5" written on the bottom of itdoes anybody have any answers on why it's happening and how to fix it?

atiflash dont work

hello i have a big problem i want to flash my ASUS ati Radeon x850 Pro vivo PCIE card becouse the 16 pipelines and the first step to flash the card with Flashrom is no problem but if i want to flash the Card back to the original bios with atiflash then it do not work (i think it dont accept the device 0) can anybody help me to get it work? (flashrom work with device 0 but atiflash not)

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: You may check if the ALT key is functioning correctly in on-screen keyboard. It will help us to verify if there is any issue with the keyboard.

Follow the steps below to open On-screen Keyboard.

  Windows + Q, type OSK (on-screen keyboard)
  
• 
  And check if it works
  

Step 2: Run Hardware and device Troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your devices. Refer these steps:

• 
  Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
  
• 
  Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel.
  
• 
  Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter.

Mouse half responds at random times

Please follow the below steps and check if it helps.

Method 1:
Run Hardware and Device Troubleshooter

• Press Windows Key + R, type Control Panel.
• Type Troubleshooting in the search bar, click on Troubleshooting.
• Click on Hardware and Sound, click on Hardware and Devices.
• Follow the steps from the wizard to run the Troubleshooter.

If the issue still persist refer to the below method.

Method 2: Install the Driver in Compatibility mode.

I would like to inform you that as Windows 10 is latest Operating System and it would be needing latest device drivers to work correctly, as the Driver Updates are not available on the manufacturer website I suggest you to install
drivers in compatibility mode and check if it helps.

Older drivers can be installed in compatibility mode in Windows 10. I suggest you to download the
Latest Drivers from Manufacturer website and install the in compatibility mode.

• Right click on the setup file of the driver and select Properties.
• Select Compatibility Tab.
• Place a check mark next to Run this program in
  Compatibility Mode and select the operating system accordingly from the drop down list.
• Let the driver to install and then check the functionality.
