    Help starting my laptop


    Issue started when i bought a Dell laptop from marketplace and it didnt had Windows Activated. I thought that was a big issue and tried to reset the laptop to see if that would help but screen stayed at 43% loading for about an hour. Wasnt able to take off the battery so i had to press the power bottom. After getting into safe mode and seeing “Choose an option” have tried with Continue and selecting between 2 windows 10 options and nothing, tried with Use Another Operating System and nothing, tried Troubleshoot, Startup Repair, System Restore and nothing.. When trying to Reset This PC, choosi
