    HELP, SUPER URGENT!


    Hi,


    I need help. I just got new HyperX headphones today and I plugged them in with the Y splitter into my custom built windows PC. I plugged the headset jack to the headset hole and the mic jack into the mic hole, the headset works fine and I can hear audio perfectly but the mic is not recognised or detected. A while back I disabled the notification which asks what device you plugged in and I tried to find Realtek audio manager in control panel but I can not find it, I also tried the notifications method and that also did not work. Realtek Audio console does not work either,


    Please help!

    Would suggest checking for updates for the softwares listed and installing updates if available.
