Windows 10: Help! Switch out of S mode troubleshooting needed

Hi,


I just bought a new laptop with S mode.

i look at instruction to switch out of S mode. However, when i click Get in the Microsoft store, it prompted me to enter my Microsoft account login, so I entered mine. It goes to below screen.(I erased name of my email.) It goes no where after this, I tried to click Term of Use and Privacy and Cookies, there is nothing pop up.

I looked a couple troubleshooting posts. 1. The windows is activated. 2. Microsoft Store is updates.


If I restart the laptop and close and then open to click Get again, it still goes to below part. Can someone please with this?

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):

Airplane mode switch not working

Since the troubleshooting steps that were provided did not resolve the issue, we suggest switching on the Radio Management Service. To do that, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R.
• Type services.msc, then hit Enter.
• Search for Radio Management Service.
  
• Right-click, then choose Start.

Note: Never ever set this service to "Disabled".

Get back to us if the steps won't work.

 

Windows 10 infinite restart black screen


The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
