Windows 10: Help, taskbar is bugged and any windows program wont open.

My PC suddenly had problems with my windows and any window related programs. I cannot press, hover, or use anything from my taskbar home button, search, pinned programs, calendar, etc. whenever I attempt to, the screen goes black for 2 seconds and restarts my screen, akin to windows crashing. I cannot open command prompt, task manager, settings, or anything that can be used for troubleshooting. the programs on my home screen works fine, like chrome, work files word/excel and steam. I am on windows 11 and I do not know if I have drives not updated. there are no taskbar notification so I wou

Hi I have pinned a picture to help explain my issue. Every time I try to pin skype, battle.net, itunes a new icon is pinned to the taskbar but not the jump list version. when I click on the icon on the task bar it opens another icon/program which does show the jump list but can not be pinned.

Any advice would be appreciated as its bugging me lol....

Help!, windows taskbar disapeared!!!

i installed a new vga into my computer and everything is fine, except that the Taskbar dosnt show up!! i have windows xp home edition. hitting the Windows button on my keybored dosnt open the start menu either, some 1 please help!

 

Remove (open) programs from taskbar

I'd just get a program called Ultramon. It puts a second taskbar on the second monitor, so if you have something up and running on the second monitor at all times it is displayed on that taskbar. It doesn't do exactly what you want, but it does solve the problem of wasted taskbar space.
