Windows 10: Help, Thought experts had fixed my problem but just made everything worse,,

I had a registry problem I posted on here a couple of days ago, after being told to run malware scan and do this and that, was told all would be ok now, from the day after OMG I am fxxxed now, nothing will do, am stuck in A/R loop, it has deleted my restore I had, have not got a DISM file or source file, tried DISM SCAN, Health and restore, and got nothing, the srttrail.txt is empty, if you can get into my last question you will see my operating system, HP Pavilion 14, windows 11, cannot even get out of a/r loop now , pic about app was before got stuck in loop again,

One question thou: you suggested me to Download the latest driver package from Nvidea. However, the link you posted is for the newly released GeForce GTX 760? Am I supposed to download the drivers for that card?

• What is the exact issue are you facing with sound?
