    Hi,My wife is using a very old ASUS All-in-One which has functioned extremely well on Win 10 up to version1909. Any later version causes immediate BSODs . . . . so quickly in fact that it wasn't possible to copy the mini dumps to diagnose them. So about a year ago, I did a clean reinstall of Win 10 1909 and it has been behaving fantastically ever since. However, Microsoft are sending her so many messages about being out of date that even she is finally paying attention. Out of pure bloody-mindedness and frustration, I finally decided to try a "clean install of Win 11 on unsupported hardware us

    BSOD need minidump analysed

    My laptop running Windows 10 has recently been crashing and BSOD or occasionally the orange screen has appeared. I have the mini dump files of previous crashes and was wondering if anybody could analyse them and advise me on steps to fix the issue.

    Hello Sean,

    Blue screen errors are usually caused by hardware or driver issues. For better assistance, we'd like to know the following information:

    • What is the make and model of your PC?
    • Which version of Windows 10 are you using?
    • When did the issue occur?
    • Were there any changes made on your PC prior to this?
    • Are you getting any error messages?
    • Do you have any third-party antivirus software installed on your PC?

    You may post the minidump files here, so we can check it. Meanwhile, we suggest that you read the guidelines here:
    Troubleshoot blue screen error. Choose when did you get the error, and then follow the instructions that
    will be provided.

    Need help analysing minidumps after BSOD

    Hi,

    I upgraded my graphics card lately to an Asus RX5700 and i startet to get BSODs. I wiped the old drivers and installed new ones and i still get BSODs from time to time.

    Could you help me analyze the minidumps?
