Windows 10: Help to interpret and diagnose crash-log

I swapped my RAM and M.2 SSD on my desktop. Afterwards, i did a clean Windows installation on my new SSD.I do some video processing on my computer. After starting a process, it runs for a couple of hours before the computer crashes and reboots. Can someone help me interpret my GPU sensor log and troubleshoot ?

Just checked your initial log, there is a spike in the VDDC output (more than double the usual output) @ 19:16 after the core having maintained its highest logged clock(947Mhz for 5 or 6 seconds, which is also higher than the rest of the logged speeds). This happens at the same time the memory clock drops down to its minimum speed. So this looks like the crash moment.

I agree with Wizzard, the logical step one would be to downclock core/mem by 50Mhz.

A good night-long memtest run would be also a good step.

Beyond this, everything else is guessing at this point.

 

Could use assistance interpreting a crash dump

I have an issue where my computer seems to crash when going into sleep mode, and also randomly reboot whilst already in sleep mode.

Consequently I've had to stop using sleep mode whilst I try to understand what's wrong.

I installed Windows Debugging Tool and tried to interpret the .dmp files, and messed around with some symbols, but no luck.

This only seems to have started happening recently, I'd say within the last 2 weeks.

Is there a step-by-step guide anywhere to debugging this, or does it really require a lot of pre-requisite knowledge?

An Intel exmployee in answers.microsoft.com posted on 9th October 2015 regarding the ICCWDT.sys issue:

This issue was caused by installing the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility

I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
