Windows 10: Help to recover lost files using Ctrl-z

Hello, my daughter accidently was using Ctrl-z on her laptop and one of school assignment files disappeared, unfortunately she hit Ctrl-z again thinking it would undo the delete, but another file deleted. The files are not in the Trash Bin, and nothing under 'restore prior versions' from the folder, and we can't find the file name anywhere using the search bar. Under 'recent' files, the link is broken. Any idea where the files are - and how they can be recovered? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please help me, I lost ,y very very important files in my Desktop Pc with use CTRL+Z, I copied my files on Desktop then For another Reason I Pressed CTRL+Z Without Understanding that Action can deleted my files, then i did my work after 10 minutes i Understood that my files was deleted with CTRL+Z, where they gone? Where is my important Files and how i can Recovered this files? (

There is no right answer I could find.

This is the most annoying feature in windows.

My pc : windows 10,laptop.

Time: 2023.

This is unacceptable.

You could lost 100Gbs of data by this.

Please give valid answer if anyone knows.

Problem recreation process :

1: create a new folder anywhere

2: move some files in to this folder (few Mb or few Gb) warning : these files are going to be lost.

3: hit ctrl + z

Now new folder get disappear.(undo of folder creation)

You can hit ctrl +y. But it will only recover folder. Not the files you moved in it. Those files are lost forever. Maybe you could recover 1% of files by some recovery software.

Your file are doomed.

Help us.

 

How to recover files erased by ctrl+Z

I cut and pasted some pictures from my phone to my hard drive.

Then I started working on something else and pressed ctrl+Z a few times, carelessly. Only afterwards did I realize that by pressing ctrl+Z too many times, the pictures that I had pasted got erased, because it undid the action when I pasted those files. Pressing ctrl+Y does not make the pictures reappear. They're no longer stored on my phone, since I cut not copied them. Is there any way to recover files that got erased due to pressing ctrl+Z?
