Windows 10: Help to refund Game pass purchase

I have been trying to open up a chat with an agent regarding a refund on gamepass through the microsoft site but it simply does not workwhen a window opens a message not related to my issue opens and then i cannot proceed and nothing happens.I cannot find any way to resolve this.Please advise.

Digital purchase refund

I need a refund for my digital game purchase and Xbox game pass ultimate since it wasn't working from my windows PC.
