Windows 10: Help! Transferring Users folder to My PC

I want to format my dell laptop but i want to keep my data on it how could i transfer the users folder to my pc?i tried going to "Network and Sharing Center" and going to "Advanced sharing settings" and turn on network discovery and turn on "File and printer sharing" and then going back and then clicking on "Connections" and click "Properties" then enable "Internet Protocol Version 4 TCP/IPv4" and then clicking properties in it then i put the ip address and the dns and then i click ok then close and it tells me "An unexpected condition occurred. User Profile Service failed

To resolve your concern, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Copy the Default folder (in C:\Users) from another windows 10 computer.
• Rename the Default folder to something like DefaultOLD (just to keep it for safety reasons).
  
• Paste it in your Users folder.
• To make sure that you won't have problems with permissions of the "implant" folder, just transfer it via a FAT/FAT32 formatted USB stick (those filesystems don't have permissions).

This will provide solution to the error User Profile Service failed.

To transfer the files to the new created account, I suggest you to disable built-in administrator account, login into the newly created account and follow the steps below.

• Press Windows logo + E keys on the keyboard to open
  File explorer.
• Select This PC from the left side panel of the window and open
  users folder located in the C: drive.
• Locate and open old user profile folder in the users folder and transfer all the required files on to the newly created user profile folder.
• Close the window and check if the files & folders are transferred to the current user profile.

How do I put a folder of my own into the Guest user account and make it the only folder available to view beyond those by default?

I suggest you to follow the steps below in order to put a folder of your own to the guest account:

• Select and copy the folder that you want to move to the Guest Account.
• Follow the steps below and paste the folder so that you'll be able to view it in the Guest Account:

• Press ‘Windows’ key on the keyboard.
• In the search box, type ‘This PC, and press enter.
  
• Now follow the path: Local Disk(C>>Users>>Guest Account.
• And paste the folder which you wanted to move, in the Guest Account.
