Windows 10: Help unlinking old account from microsoft on new PlayStation

Im trying to log into my account on Microsoft but its not allowing me since my Microsoft account is connected to an old PlayStation and old email, i can’t get into my old email no matter how much i’ve tried and the old PlayStation is broken so i can’t log into it, but i need to unlink my Microsoft account from the old account and put it on my new one on the new PlayStation, help please, thank you

Unlink an old android phone from my pc

I go thru the suggested steps: Start - Settings - Phone - Unlink this PC.

When I first open the "your phone" screen the old phone is listed. Not sure if the phone listed is suppose to be selectable or not, but my is not. When I select "Unlink this PC" the phone listed is removed. When I select "Add Phone" the old phone still
shows. I have removed the old phone from my Microsoft Account. I have rebooted after unlink this pc but I still cannot remove my old phone.

Welcome to the Microsoft Community forums.

Please can you go to your Service page here, to view accounts/Services that are connected to your Microsoft Account, and remove the PlayStation account from the list.

Sign in to your Microsoft account

Once you have removed the PlayStation account, please go back to Minecraft and connect your PlayStation Account to your Minecraft account.
