Windows 10: Help unlock/unblock my PC

Clicked on unknown game link, siren and flashing warning came on screen. A prompt that PC is compromise and locked, do not attempt to do anything. A "call Microsoft' prompt and number came up. Called, a foreign voice began to get my story, took over my mouse, keyboard and began to navigate to repair I thought. When I thought was coming to end, he stated I needed to go to te store and get $100 XBOX gift card to finish the repair. I hung up. PC is in hold.

UNBLOCKING HELP

• Go to Settings > call+sms filter.
• Tap blocked numbers.
• Tap and hold the number to unblock and tap unblock in the popup menu.

To check if a number is blocked on your phone, you can do the following steps:

• Go to Settings.
• Go to Extras, then choose Call+SMS filter. Instead of tapping Extras, you can also type "Call+SMS filter" at the search box.
• Tap Blocked numbers.
• If there are listed numbers that you wish to unblock, tap and hold the number.
• Tap Unblock.
