Windows 10: Help Urgent! My comlhter locks up when I try to login and I dont know my and i don't know...

So once a time back I was playing a game on my computer and my pc locked up I've tried many many things in a attempt to get my Compooter to start working and it simply isnt but after going into safe mode and entering my new password I tried it worked for a while and then it happened again a day later and this time it won't work my password wont work and I'm sad that I may have to throw my Laptop into the closet and leave it untouched for years

Sorry pal, I dont even know how to use this phone, and everyone here is German speaking so they cant help me, and the help on the phone is NOT enough I need the manual to do it step by step which watching pics not everybody is tech wise and I am not.

 

Admin account locked

My admin account is locked don,t know how to unlock but have a standard user to login please suggest can I do something from normal user to unlock the admin account.

I just bought a Samsung Focus AT&T Rev.1.3. It comes with OS version 7629. I don´t know wich version is that, NoDO? Mango? Third Pary apps just crash after I open them, help!
