This issue may occur if the Lingoes software
is corrupt.

You may try to uninstall and reinstall the
Lingoes software and check if it works.

To uninstall the software follow these steps:

• 
  Right-click on
  Start Button and click on Programs and Features.
  
• 
  Right-click on the
  Lingoes software and click on
  Uninstall.
  

Note: Make sure you have the installation media for
Lingoes software before uninstalling it.

As with a lot of features added to Edge with time, they may be working on a way to save to file. In the mean time, there’s a link in the three-dot context menu to quickly open the page in IE to do so.
