Hi,Today, I upgraded from Win 10 to Win 11, after doing so I deleted the "EFI system partition" to make use of the extra space that took using MiniTool Partition Wizard and I thought the Windows key was attached to Microsoft Account so it would be fine. I had the key written out beforehand, using this "C:\WINDOWS\system32>wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKeyOA3xOriginalProductKey".I now I get the error message "Windows reported that no product key was found on your device. Error code: 0XC004F213"When I went to use that key to activate my license using "Change Produc

Thanks but I don't want to do any decrypting. I want to download a Win 10 ISO from Microsoft and install it using my Win 8 key. No other steps required. Is that possible?

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll be getting new MB and CPU when I move to Win11. And I always do system volume image backups after I successfully update Windows so no problem there *Smile. Cheers!
