Windows 10: Help, Why does my Asus Laptop Windows 10 always turn of by itself ?

Hi, Im very confused that my laptop always turn it on byitself , it happents when I unplug the charger, After I unplug the Charger / Turn off the Charger , it will turn it on by itself , Could u guys pls give me a good solution ?Thank You

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
