Windows 10: [Help] Why my text looks like this? Looks weird since yesterday

Weird monitor glitch looking like camcorder

So randomly I started noticing a weird glitch on my Asus VA32AQ. Basically I got these thin translucent lines on my monitor. There only really visible on bright and colourful things. Here's an example of what it looks like (minus the text and recording icon). Anyone know what I can do?

Additional info:

Using DisplayPort

Windows 10 build 17074

Tried updating to latest drivers, nothing

Removed GPU and ran integrated graphics. Nothing.

Interestingly, this only happens on my main monitor.

Here's a picture I took with my phone. You can't really see it in a picture.

Edit:

Tested with Xbox, still looks the same. It's a glitch with the monitor.

 

Looking for a screen capture/editor/text/organiser


Hello
I'm looking suggestion for an application or software that could
- Do a screen capture
- Edit picture with line/text/arrow
- Have an area to write text comments of the picture (not in the picture)
- Able to define categories like ex: summer/winter/family
- Able to organize /Search and display picture with categorie or text tags

It would be nice if the screen capture is within the application, but it not the screen capture or picture organizer would do the job.

Any idea or suggestion appreciated

Windows 10 "Weird look"

Hey,

i just got a new PC and Windows 10 PRO was pre-installed and all that. So it does look kinda weird to me. I had windows 10 before but I dont know about this one. I did all Updates and all that to look if its just the look of an old Update. After all that
it sill looks like a very Old Version of some windows 10 compareable to windows 8.

And in addition it doesnt has Cortanta aswell. I post a Picture of what i mean. Overall its just a small thing but it still seems fishy to look at this "old" look.
