Windows 10: [HELP] Windows 10 BSOD WHEA Uncorrectable error

I recently changed new computer hardware and BSOD happened. I changed back to my old hardware and everything is fine. no BSOD in safe mode

Completed Test

- reintall windows

- memtest

- Intel CPU diagnosis tool

- windows ram diagnosis tool

- reseat ram, motherboard, cpu

- tried another motherboard

- updated driver




Computer specs

CPU : I5 9600 KF new

Motherboard : Asus Z370 A II new

Ram : Corsair 2*8 GB 3000mhz new

Video card : RTX2060

PSU : Corsair 650W

Windows 10 BSOD error: "whea uncorrectable error".

Original Title: Windows 10 BSOD

Every single time I try to boot, it gets stuck after a half second or so and I get the bsod for "whea uncorrectable error". I've given up on my PC at this point, my cpu is at stock, I've flashed by bios, and reset my bios. I reinstalled windows 10 only to
get the same error. What can I do..? =(

I get whea uncorrectable error immediately when i turn my pc on and it restart the pc to get the whea uncorrectable error again and again.

If it persists I would also Run the Blue Screen Troubleshooter at Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
