Windows 10: Help!! Windows 10 gone haywire!!

Windows 10 for the past few days has been completely unusable. I can't install any new software. It always returns the error : "Installer integrity check has failed" or "some installation files are corrupt". That's not all. I have serious problem downloading at all. It will keep telling me network failed even when my network is at 4mbps. I have to keep trying for like 6 - 15 times before it actually starts downloading.

Many websites also have problems displaying. Sometimes the browser( Google Chrome and/or Mozilla Firefox) just displays raw html and/or js. Sites like Quora.com and even Tenforums(I'm typing this on my phone). I have tried everything possible but to no avail. I'm at my wits end here. I've done a system reset only to be faced with this same error. Running McAfee shows no viruses. Same with Windows Defender. Can somebody please help me?

I don't think Repair Install will fix your problems.

I would suggest that you do a Clean Install.
Backup any personal files you want to keep first. Then use this tutorial :

In that case, it might me hardware related error, check HDD and RAM.

To check HDD, start CMD, enter command bellow, then restart, it might take a while.

chkdsk /r
