Windows 10: [Help] Windows 10 taking about 1-2 hours to load after reboot or shutdown

I have done so much reading on Google but haven't been able to find something that works!

I have few PC's at work that takes about 1-2 hours to boot into windows two of them have the HR software on it and I can't afford to format it right now because most of places are closed and not working still so if I format the PC they won't be able to use the PC.

I see that it's become a frequent issue on windows 10

Is there anyway to fix this issue?

Any help is appreciated!

windows 7 reboot every 2 hours..

Did yours Windows 7 beta/ RC start reboot every 2 hours as romours?

Im use win7 built 7057. but it does not reboot yet after 1 August 2009.

Method 1: Try the followings steps to run System maintenance troubleshooter:

• 
  Click "Search" and type "Troubleshooting" without quotes and hit enter.
  
• 
  Click “System and security”
  
• 
  Select "System maintenance"
  
• 
  Click next to run the troubleshooter.

Note: The steps apply for Windows 10 as well.

Note 2: After the troubleshooting is done make sure to refer the section
" How to reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting" from the Clean boot article.



Method 3: Run the DISM Tool.

If the issue persists, I suggest you to run the DISM tool to check the system health and will try to restore the files.

• 
  Click on 'Start'.
  
• 
  Enter 'Command prompt' in the Search box.
  
• 
  In the list of results, swipe down on or right-click Command prompt, and then tap or click
  'Run as administrator'.
  
• 
  In the Administrator: Command Prompt window, type the following commands. Press the
  Enter key after each command:
  

• 
  DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
  

To close the Administrator: Command Prompt window, type Exit, and then press Enter.

Note: The tool might take 15-20 minutes to finish running, so please do not cancel it.
