Windows 10: Help - Windows 11 - DO NOT WANT S MODE!! - Came back? Error?

Hello. My sister recently purchased a new computer. She did not want S mode on it, so she went through the steps to take get it off. She did manage to switch off of it. Today, she went to use her laptop and was notified that she could not used Chrome already downloaded onto her computer and had used it yesterday as it was being blocked. Seems S mode came back? Not sure what is going on, we have tried resetting the computer, shut down, updating everything, resetting the Microsoft store, redoing the S Mode switch off and it's had her waiting over 2 hours as it's "working on it", nothing

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

As you are facing issues with installing the updates, do let us know the following to assist you better:

• Were you able to see any error notification along with the error code?
• What is the make and model of your device?
• Are you able to boot in to the desktop?

This issue might be due to the anti-virus software or corrupted Windows Update Components.

I suggest you to hard reboot the computer and perform the below.

Step 1: Try to eject all the external devices connected to your computer except mouse and keyboard, reboot the computer and check if the issue persists.

Step 2: I suggest you to uninstall the anti-virus software installed on your device and check for the updates.

If the issue still persists,

Step 3: I suggest you to run the Windows Update troubleshooter and check.

Resolves problems that prevents you from updating windows.

Steps:

• Press Windows key and type
  Troubleshooting.
• Click on Troubleshooting and click on
  View all in the left pane.
• Select Windows Update to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter
  and follow the on-screen instructions.

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):
