Windows 10: Help. Windows 11 suddenly does not recognize CFXpress -type B Card

In Windows 11, I am suddenly unable to even see any CFXpress type-B cards. My card reader is visible including a drive letter without a card inserted. As soon as I insert a card, the entire reader disappears. Take the card out, the reader is visible again. When I transfer the reader to my MacBook Pro, everything works just fine. I connected my Nikon Z9 directly to my PC via Thunderbolt 4 and I was able to see the camera and photographs. However, after disconnecting it and later tried to reconnect, nothing is visible! I have formatted the cards in the camera and it works just fine. I have che

I'd try re-plugging the hard drive and checking if the cable is damaged. I'd also suggest to try plugging the drive in another computer and see if it gets recognized properly there. Is it a IDE or SATA drive you're using?
If the drive is unallocated, this means that the partition has been lost after the power went down.

Hi,

Check with any other another SD card if it is getting recognized or detected or you may even check if the same SD card is getting recognized or detected on other computer.

Let’s follow the methods provided below and check if it helps.

Method 1: Run the Hardware troubleshooter and check. Follow the steps to run the troubleshooter:

a. Type Troubleshooting and click Troubleshooting under
Settings.

b. Now type Hardware Troubleshooter in the search option.

c. Click on Hardware troubleshooter to run the troubleshooter.

Method 2: Update the Card Reader Driver:

Follow these steps to update the driver.

a) Press Windows key + X key and click on Device manager.
