Windows 10: Help! Windows Error 0xc00098.

I have a custom built PC with Windows 10. A few days ago when I booted up my PC it prompted me saying it needed to update Steam. When I tried to update Steam it went about halfway through the process and then my PC blue screened. It said "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart if for you". When the PC restarted I tried to update windows thinking it was an error needing a Windows update. The windows update failed multiple times. I also cannot remove programs. I searched for a fix online and it said to try and remove any third party virus protection. I removed both of the virus protection programs I had, after removing them both I was prompted that the PC needed to restart. After the PC restarted I noticed that the programs I had just uninstalled were back. I tried this multiple times but after every reboot any programs I removed would come back. Then I tried to recover the PC and just wipe all the files. Again it would go about halfway through the process and stop. I went and bought a new SSD (samsung 860 evo 500gb) and wanted to see if I could just do a fresh install of windows 10 on that new drive from the Windows USB drive. Now when I boot the computer up trying to do a fresh install of windows it goes straight to the screen of selecting Windows 10 64bit or 32bit. Whenever I try to proceed through the install It will stop and go to a black screen saying this...

This PC does not have a disc drive and the Windows 10 we purchased from Newegg came on a USB drive.I've tried everything that I can think of, and I can not find anything online about fixing this. It is a fairly new PC not even 6 months old. Thank you

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
