Windows 10: Help! Windows in restart loop

Hi, So for the past couple of days my computer has been doing this sequence upon being turned on. It starts by saying, “updates underway leave computer on” then after a few second restarts and it does this in a continuous loop. I thought it just needed some time but it has been looping like this for a couple of days. Windows recovery didn’t help it and I’m not sure what to do to get back into my computer.
