Windows 10: HELP windows killed my computer and windows help is just putting me off

Windows, since forcing windows 10 on me, has now fried two computers. The newest computer ( about 1 year old now) was fried yesterday, I spent the entire day getting hung up on, put on hold, and talked down to by windows techs, not to mention being to I would be esculated to LVL 3 and they will talk with me on Friday! 3days away.


Right now, I have the blue screen of death, I can not get past the "we can not do this" stage, I have tried several things, nothing works so I have a $700.00 piece of metal in my home now.


I have no idea how to see if there is a class action lawsuit I can join, BUT want to. Please if anyone knows of a class action lawsuit will you let me know who I need to contact.


Windows has taken my computer that I bought and basically taken all control and the fries the computers. I need some information, and help over this

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

It seems like some sort of an OS confusion has happened with your secondary WD Black and I'm sorry to hear about that. *Frown
Maybe re-formatting it would help indeed as the community already mentioned. I'd suggest to take a look at this step-by-step how to partition and format an HDD: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=PYCoid
Keep in mind that this will wipe clean the drive, so you should backup all important data from the drive somewhere else.
I noticed from the screenshots that your HDD appears as Disk 0, this means that it's plugged in the primary SATA port where the SSD (as an OS drive) should be. Actually it is possible that because of this Windows cannot create the image there. Swap the ports of the SSD and the HDD, this might help as well.
