    Help Windows Open Automatically After Sleep


    I'm using Windows 10. When my PC wakes up from sleep, help windows open
    automatically for both IE and my mozilla browser when they are open before sleep. Both use the F1 key to
    use the F1 key to get to Help normally. How can I stop this from happening?

    start menu opens automatically

    after logging back in from sleep mode, the start menu automatically opens. is this normal?

    I downloaded Windows 10 and now have the sleep mode problem - on steroids. Even when I turn the PC off, it automatically drops into sleep mode after rebooting. I can't get it out of sleep mode! Help!!??

    Disable this option:

    go to Settings > Accounts > Sign-in > (under Privacy) “Use my sign info to automatically finish setting up”.

    I tried a new keyboard first, and that fixed the problem.

    Since Windows creator update, they made a change that If any files are not closed down before the computer is shutdown then they will automatically open the next time Windows is started automatically unless you disable the option I mentioned above.
