    Help! Windows XP STOP 0x0000007B!


    I wanted to install Windows XP, but I got a BSoD just after "Setup is starting Windows.". I couldn't switch to IDE mode, because i have legacy bios..I dont know where and which drivers could i download. Machine name: VPCJ21S1R NOT PRODUCT SERIAL NUMBER!!

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    Windows XP Pro won't install - Stop Code 0x0000007B

    This is the MICROSOFT Community, not the Dell Community.

    Your Computer Model Number would have to support XP and supply XP drivers to enable you to install XP on it.
