Windows 10: Help with 0xc0000098

So, I am facing a issue with 0xc0000098 on a Lenovo Thinkcenter, as I had ran a command in cmd, and didn't realise that I had deleted the bcd. I've searched a lot on Google, but I don't have any solution, as I have no pc, or any other bootable media. Also, I can't visit a cyber cafe, as I need a subscription for that, and I don't have it. Also, the winRE trick doesn't work, as winRE needs bcd.

The the 0xc0000098 error can appear due to a corrupted BCD (Boot Configuration Data) file. This can be due to a change in the hardware. There is also a possibility that Windows files or the hard drive was damaged on some cases. In this case, we suggest to boot
from windows 10 installation disc and kindly follow the steps provided by

   BOOTREC /SCANOS
   
   BOOTREC /FIXMBR

2. Please restart your computer.
