    Help with Apps & Features tab in Settings


    Hello, I noticed in my settings that in the apps & features tab that it told me to sign in with my Microsoft account. Every time I press the Sign In button though it takes me to this page of a college I used to go to asking me to sign in. Currently, my account for that is disabled but I have no idea how to get the page to get me to sign in with a Microsoft account instead. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

    How to remove all entries in windows 10 Optional Feature History

    Hello,

    To help you with your concern, we suggest that you try to follow the steps provided below:

    • Open Settings > System, and select Apps & features from the left side.
    • Click on the Manage optional features link.
    • To remove an app or a feature, select the feature and click on the Uninstall button.
