Windows 10: Help with backing up

I'm planning on a clean install of my os using a usb and wiping my drive and I need to keep my files and access them specifically I'm new to backing up files in windows and so I have two new M.2 SSD and one external hard drive and my current drive is my SATA SSD my plan is to make a backup which I'm still understanding on how to do it and also I'm still skeptical on how I will backup if I will use the built in backup in windows which a lot of people say it's outdated and a little bad or a third party app which is recommended by people so I made up my mind to make two back-ups using one of my n
