Windows 10: Help with BSoD, Kernel_Security_Check_Failure, BugCheck 0x00000139

Been getting random BSOD recently for the past week or so. After trying to identify the problem myself I seek help. This was the latest one:The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000139 0x0000000000000003, 0xffff9b8321c68030, 0xffff9b8321c67f88, 0x0000000000000000. A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Hi All

I'm having BSOD errors with my PC on a daily basis.

It's only when I boot the machine for the first time, and always within the first few seconds, normally I wouldn't even get into the desktop before it crashes.

The machine then does the memory dump process, and then proceeds to boot normally.

I've reinstalled Windows, and I'm still having the same issue.

The machine has never blue screened while I've been using it, it's only on the first boot.

The only error I can see is - The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000139 (0x0000000000000003, 0xffffd00024e37500, 0xffffd00024e37458, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 9e9dd043-0a15-41fa-bc08-d29f18615c3a.

I have the dump files if they're necessary.
