Windows 10: Help with connecting a pen to your computer

Hi, I have an HP ENVY computer type: HP ENVY After talking to your customer service we would love help connecting the pen to the computer not working, we were told it is Microsoft stuff so try to solve it in front of you. I'd love help* Moved from Community Center

• Are you able to connect any other Bluetooth device to the laptop?
  
• Are you able to connect the Huion P68 Pen to any other device?
  
• Do you receive any error message/code when you attempt to connect the Pen?
  

In the meantime, I suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article

Fix Bluetooth problems in Windows 10 and see if that helps.

Bamboo Pen is connected but it won't write.

We understand the difficulties you are facing with the pen, while using it on the laptop. In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below.

• Was there a major change or an update on your system, prior to which you weren't facing this issue?
  
• What is the Windows 10 version and Build installed? (Type
  winver in Windows search/Run command)
  
• What is the model number of the HP Elite book?
  
• What is the model number of the Bamboo pen?
  

However, we would suggest you to perform these steps.



Update the Human Interface Device
driver from device manager.

1. Press Windows + X, select Device Manager.
2. Expand Human Interface Devices.
3. Right click on all the listed devices one by one and click on Update Driver.
4. Please restart the computer and check if the issue persists.
